Lite Mat 2

The Litemat series are still our most popular LED panels. The Lite Mat 2 is a really useful addition to your kit, like the others it is bicolour. If you want to run it off batteries, you need tracer batteries. Ask us about these when you hire.

The original spec, is still a smart choice

This is the original spec. so it’s a great, affordable option for smaller projects. If you don’t need all the bells and whistles of the Plus range, or the RGB options of the Spectrum the standard Lite Mat 2 is a smart choice.

Accessories as standard

Litegear have thought of everything. You’ll get a 3 foot Polyskirt that focuses the light on a 120 degree field, 3 densities of diffuser and a light control louvre. The Litemat louvre is made from aluminised sheet with parabolic elements within each hexagonal cell. In short this means less peripheral light gets in and all the punch of the light goes just where you need it.

Easy to use and light to rig

All the diffusers attach with velcro to the polyskirt, and the Lite Mat 2 is lightweight and easy to rig on a stand or tape overhead if that’s what you need.

A bit too square?

If the square shape doesn’t work for you we also have the Lite Mat 2L, which is a longer shape but has the same surface area.
