The  Astera AX1 wireless Pixeltubes are already a firm favourite with our customers.  So we wanted to grab the new Titan tube right away. With on-light controls and a huge range of tunable white the Astera Titan Tube is a big step up. Use one tube or a kit of eight depending on your needs. If you need lots of lights you can combine the Astera Titan Tube with AX1 tubes in one configuration.

More Control and wider colour range

This fixture delivers 785 lux at 1 metre – quite a bit more than the AX1 and the light is of much better quality. This fixture has extra mint and amber LEDs to further increase the spectrum of available colours. Use the free Astera app on your phone or tablet and mix and match colours instantly. The integrated battery will give you 20 hours at full power. Or use ‘standby’ mode to conserve power until you are ready to shoot. We really love the storage case that doubles as a battery charger. It has a neat sections to store all the clips and holders you could need including a folding floor stand for each tube. If you hire a kit of 8 tubes from us the charging case comes as standard.

Award-winning Design – Astera Titan Tube takes Gold!

The Astera Titan tube won the Gold Star Award at the Plasa 2019 innovation awards and the judges commented on its clever design and practical features. ‘The Titan Tube is a simple, cost-effective, bright and versatile linear light with a 10-hour battery life time per charge.’ Astera have added lots of useful features to make your life easier. Program tubes individually from the app or using the control panel on the back of each light. Set the 16 individually controllable pixels in each Astera Titan Tube for fantastic lighting effects. You can also use the app to set a wide range of special effects from multiple tubes without having to adjust each light separately.

Boost the Power of White Light

Astera have added a boost mode to the Astera Titan Tube which will give you nearly 3 times the brightness in white for almost 2 hours. The light temperature is of course full tuneable from 1750k to 20,000k.
