Polecats (autopoles) are lighting supports made from extendable metal tubes that wedge between two walls or between floor and a wall or celing to provide mountings for lights.

We carry a range of polecats from Manfrotto in useful sizes. TheLong Polecat extends from 210 to 370cm, the Medium reaches from 150cm to 270cm and the Small Polecat extends from 100cm to 170cm. In each case the outer pole is 45cm wide and the inner pole 40cm wide.

All of these poles are made from aluminium which is strong but light enough to move easily around the set. Each polecat has a lever than locks the pole securely at the extension length you choose.
